Information
about what we sell.
At Dee's Woodworks quality is very
important to us. We sell products on internet auctions sites and have a
consistent 100% rating. Customer service and quality is
uppermost in what we do.
Return
Policy
Information on
returning an item.
Products such as our Bluebird and
Butterfly Houses and kits and Oil Painting disks are returnable but
only in the event of a defective product. In such a case the
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are
only acceptable for an exchange of the item.
Printed plans and digital downloads are not returnable with no
exceptions.
All requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and
any items returned that are viewed to be damaged as the result of abuse
by the purchaser will be refused. Such abuses are noted as
scratches, fingerprints on disks, unacceptable cracking or damage to
houses and kits. Since such items will not be shipped to the
purchaser, such damage is deemed to be the result of abuse.

Requirements For CDs and DVDs
Buyer is
responsible to make sure these requirements are met.
This is a Windows Only product and is not compatible with Macs.
Compatible with Windows 98SE/ME/2000/2003/XP/Vista.
The DVD is capable of being played on most DVD players, Blu-ray
players, and Playstation 3s on the market.
However, if you intend on playing the DVD on your computer, you should
verify that you have the proper hardware and software installed and
that you can already play DVDs on your computer. Make sure that your
computer has a DVD drive and that you have a proper DVD program and
codecs installed-if you can already play DVDs on your computer, then
the program and codecs have been installed.
You do not need to have Powerpoint installed to play the presentation.
The CD includes a Powerpoint player from Microsoft on it.

The digital downloads are Windows Only
products and not compatible with Macs.
Oil Painting Lessons-OPB
Windows
98SE/ME/2000/2003/XP/Vista and Windows Media Player 7 or later. It also
will work with some other players such as Real Player and Quicktime.
For the best results, it is advised that you have the latest versions
of such programs installed.
You do not need to have Powerpoint installed to play the
presentation. The file includes a Powerpoint player from Microsoft in
it.
Wood Plans are in .pdf format and require that you have Adobe
Reader to view. It is best to download the latest version to
assure compatibility.

don't need to have a Paypal
account to use Paypal. They accept all major credit cards.
If you do have an account, they accept echecks and bank
transfers.
All payment forms must be
verified. This means your Paypal address of record (if using
a
Paypal account) must match your shipping address. It also
means
that your credit card billing address must match your shipping address.
Also, Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all items.
